OLYMPIA Industries Bhd, through its wholly owned subsidiary KL Landmark Sdn Bhd has sold all of its 188 units of K Residence condominium, generating gross sales of RM483.3 million last year.
Foreign investors made up about half of the buyers of the 50-storey condominium, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
