Paramount buys freehold land for RM62.4m

PARAMOUNT Corp Bhd has signed a conditional deal to buy 8.8ha of freehold land in Damansara, Selangor, from The Titular Superior of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel for RM62.4 million.

About 4ha will be used to build a new campus for KDU College and the rest will be for commercial properties and condominiums.

Paramount will use its internal funds and borrowings to fund the acquisition, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
