YTL Corp buys Bath Hotel for €18,000

YTL Corporation Bhd's wholly-owned unit, YTL Hotels and Properties Sdn Bhd, has acquired the entire stake in the Bath Hotel and Spa BV for €18,000 (€1 = RM4.24).

"As a result of the subscription, Bath Hotel has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Hotels and an indirect subsidiary of YTL," it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.

It added that Bath Hotel, incorporated in the Netherlands on Oct 4, will be principally involved in investment holding.
