Selangor wants to acquire AmFIRST land
AMFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust said the Selangor state government wants to compulsorily buy a piece of land in front of the The Summit Subang USJ for the light rail transit extension project.
The land, measuring 4,121 sq m, comprises 159 accessory parcels in the form of car park bays attached to two plots of land that are owned by AmFIRST REIT.
