BCB Bhd plans to acquire 148ha of land in Batu Pahat for RM41.15 million to increase its landbank. The acquisition of five parcels of freehold land from Focal Remedy Sdn Bhd will be made through BCB's wholly-owned subsidiary, Johbase Development Sdn Bhd, the company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
